What are the laws governing the sale of perfumes via international mail?

International postal standards regulate the sale and sending of perfumes via mail. We observe these rules.

How do I register my order?

Once you log-in with your e-mail address and password, or sign-up if you are a new user, you provide us with your delivery address and then select your payment method. Customers will bear the cost of returned order shipping and handling.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards. We provide an E-Check option for more secure payments. We also accept bank wire transfers.

How do I know that my order has gone through?

Once we receive your order, we send a confirmation e-mail message and tracking number.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders arrive between 10 to 21 days. You can track your order(s) via the website.

How do you deal with charge backs?

We do not accept charge backs, instead providing refunds or reshipments in cases of order issues. We deal with credit card charge backs immediately, by banning a customer who is threatening to or has done so from making additional purchases. These customers have their credit card information reported and listed with processors.

Why can’t you send me all the items I order at once?

We break the items you order into separate shipments so that they avoid duty taxes. Were the weight and value to exceed international parameters this would become an issue.

How do I know when my order is in?

Your local postal authority will either deliver your order to your address, or notify you that your packages have arrived.

Can my order be damaged during shipment?

We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive in prime condition. Products are shipped inside sealed, hard cardboard boxes.

I sent an email and never received a reply – why?

If you have completed the Contact Us form and not received a reply, please check your ISP or e-mail client – they may be blocking e-mails from the site. If so, you must change the filter settings of your email program.

What if I am told I must pay duty tax to pick up my order?

Though unlikely, should this occur, you have several options:

  • Pay the tax and take your package.
  • Reject the package. We will issue a full refund when your package arrives at our warehouse.
  • You will be charged the costs of shipping on all returned orders.
