How to use: Natural black mud - Heat the packet of Black Mud in a pot of hot water or in the microwave (pierce before heating) for about two minutes on medium setting. Applying to affected areas; make sure the mud is not too hot. Apply an ample layer to the body (do not apply to face). Leave on for 15- 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Black mud soap - Use as regular body wash soap in the shower. Suitable for dry and regular skin. Can be used on both face and body. Hand cream - Apply to hands and massage until thoroughly absorbed, daily or as required. Bath salt - Pour the salt into hot bath water. Soak body for 20 minutes. Rinse body without the use of any soap. You can do this treatment once or twice a week. It is necessary to seal the salt bag well between uses. Avoid contact with the eyes. The use of the salts is not recommended if there are lesions on the body.
